On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the newly formed Raiders Rojos Collegiate Ambassadors (RRCA) joined members of the Raiders Rojos Alumni Association for a Texas Tech Homecoming Tailgate on campus located in the Library Parking lot. Attendees enjoyed hotdogs, fellowship, and Red Raider spirit as they gathered to celebrate Homecoming and strengthen connections between current students and alumni.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for officers of the new RRCA student organization to engage with alumni, build relationships, and celebrate the beginning of an exciting new chapter on the Texas Tech campus. The tailgate reflected the shared commitment of both organizations to fostering community, mentorship, and lifelong connections within the Red Raider family.
