The Raiders Rojos Alumni Association, established in 2000, recently celebrated its Jubilee (2000 - 2025) in January 2025. The milestone was commemorated during a Jubilee Gala that brought together over 300 individuals, organizations, and businesses who had been a big part of the success during our first quarter century. Our mission of the promotion, retention, and graduation attainment of first-generation students within the Texas Tech University System was on full display during the evening, as former scholarship recipients, Texas Tech Board of Regents, former and current Texas Tech Presidents and Chancellors, and current Tech students shared how Raiders Rojos had and was a support in their journey to graduation and to the success of the University as a hole. Through everyone’s support, we have been able to provide assistance to students that includes, but is not limited to, scholarships, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
