Our Serape Stole Story

Each Raiders Rojos serape stole carries more than just vibrant threads β€” it carries a story. Hand-sewn every year by talented students from Lubbock High School, these stoles represent a beautiful bridge between generations of learners.

From the hands of local youth to the shoulders of graduating Red Raiders, each one is stitched with pride, tradition, and the hope of a brighter future. No two are alike, just like the journeys of the students who wear them.

Take a moment to watch the video on this page and witness the love, culture, and craftsmanship that bring these stoles to life.

Special thank you to Dr. Maria Teresa Leos-Deumer's class.
